Privacy Policy

ReplyRadar helps users analyze product websites, score visible X, Facebook, and Reddit conversations, and generate reply drafts for manual review. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.

We collect account information such as your email address, name, and authentication identifiers from Clerk. We store product project data you create, including URLs, extracted website content, positioning notes, keywords, search queries, post or comment text you choose to analyze, generated replies, and usage records needed to enforce plan limits.

We also store trial dates and allowances, saved setup progress, follow-up dates, edited drafts, and outcomes you choose to report. Account-linked activity records help us understand signup, useful conversations, return visits, checkout creation, and confirmed payments. Reported outcomes are not independently verified sales.

We use a cookie lasting up to 30 days to remember a tagged acquisition source before signup, and another to let your browser carry a saved tool result into your account. New project listings are private by default; eligible paid accounts can choose to publish a product listing in project settings. Existing public listings retain their visibility until changed.

The Chrome extension works with visible X, Facebook, and Reddit page content after you use it. It sends selected post or comment content, URLs, author information, and project identifiers to ReplyRadar so the app can score the post and generate a draft reply.

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments. We may store Dodo customer and subscription identifiers, plan, billing interval, subscription status, cancellation state, and payment-related account metadata for recurring or one-time purchases. We do not store full card numbers.

We use information to provide the dashboard and extension, generate product intelligence and reply drafts, enforce plan limits, manage billing status, improve reliability, and respond to support requests.

We share information with service providers that help operate ReplyRadar, including hosting, database, authentication, payment, and AI providers. We do not sell personal information.

We keep account, project, usage, and billing records for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security. You can request deletion or account help by emailing support@bronsondunbar.com.
